For AC/Heating, this is one my favorite service companies. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable technicians. Always know what they are doing, always do it right. I even call them for help with troubleshooting and other electrical problems and it never fails that my problem is quickly solved. If every service company operated the way Copeland Mechanical operates, the world would be a better place. Knowledge and professionalism are getting harder and harder to expect these days, but with Copeland Mechanical, you will only get the best. 5 stars!!!

“Copeland Heating and Air Conditioning” stands for 3 things, HONESTY, PROFESSIONALISM AND EXPERIENCE. You want to deal with an honest person call Greg Copeland! You want a professional service call Greg Copeland! You want someone to tell what the problem is without even being there, call Greg Copeland! I called to set up an appointment after a freezing night of having a broken furnace. Greg answered the phone himself on a Sunday afternoon and assured me he would send someone right a way to repair the furnace on a Sunday. Before then, he asked to follow his instruction to do things that could facilitate the repairman’s job. Surely, as he explained things in an easy way, he discovered what the problem was and gave me the instruction to repair my furnace right there and then. At the end, he said, “here you go, you just saved two hundred bucks.” What a man. He refused to get a penny for all the time he spent on a Sunday and did not bother with the repeated calls I had made. Every Greg I met in life was an honest man, but this Greg Copeland is pretty hard to come by these days. It is not the $200 that make me say that; it is having someone willing to take the time on a weekend with family and help a stranger for free when he can milk the situation as many do. That I respect and value and we all should. I wish him all the best in his business and life.
